SUMMER

Living in California can be good and bad. One thing is for certain. Summer comes early and it gets hot early in the spring. While it rains good soaking spring rains and people are still wearing light jackets and sweatshirts in other states, we can't wait to put on our flip flops. We already had a few heat waves. It is time for air conditioning and our brave and strong firefighters to suit up and get ready for the fire season.

E is beating on the Econ book BUT is on the last few chapters and only has one more test to complete the course. She is certainly looking forward to start her new class for which the books have arrived. Tort baby. She has three projects as well which she enjoys a lot.

Kris is working away in his new garage and having LOTS of fun with his knives when ever it is physically possible for him to do so. He is trying to write or at least play his songs while he is concentrating on his health. We have been jumping through hurdles and battling healthcare companies and doctors. Please keep us in your prayers on this topic.

We finally saw how beautiful Rachel, Kris's daughter is, although only on a portrait. The circumstance was sad, but it was great to see how beautiful she is. Just like her parents. We pray and hope that once Kris is feeling better he will be able to see her for real, very soon. Please pray for all parties for a softened heart, patience and well-being.
